MANDATORY. A deal sheet identifies the specific details of a transaction including all of the contact information of the parties involved. A copy of the deal sheet must be submitted to the buyer’s attorney, lender, and your broker.

MANDATORY. This checklist should be with you on a final walk through. Final walk throughs should be scheduled and completed up to three days before closing. Have the buyer sign off on the checklist when it has been completed. Send a copy of the checklist as well as the photos taken, to the buyer.
